How to use

Step 1: Taking an oral fluid sample

Remove the collector from the sealed pouch and collect the oral fluid sample as follows:
Important: Place the tongue against the upper and lower jaw and the roots of the tongue to enrich the oral fluid prior to oral fluid collection.
Insert the end of the sponge into the mouth, dab vigorously around the gums on both sides of the mouth and under the tongue and chew the sponge gently.
Place the end of the sponge under the tongue for at least 3 minutes until the sponge is completely saturated.

Step 2: Sample preparation

Remove the collection chamber from the sealed pouch and unscrew it.
Remove the oral fluid-saturated collection container from the mouth and place it in the collection chamber.
Press the sponge fully against the sieve to release the oral fluid up to the level marked with an arrow and then screw it back on tightly.
Dispose of the collection container.

Gently shake the collection chamber for 10 seconds and then leave it for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Testing

Open the foil pouch, remove the test cassette and dispose of the desiccant.

Place the test cassette on a clean and flat surface.
Gently shake the collection chamber again for 10 seconds and open the tip.
Invert the collection tube and dispense 3 full drops of oral fluid into the sample well next to the letter "S" on the test cassette.
Do not spill oral fluid into the test window.
Screw the cap onto the collection tube.

Start a timer.

Step 4: Read the results

Read the test results after 5 minutes, do not read the results after 10 minutes.

Interpretation of the results

• NEGATIVE: Two colored lines appear. One line appears next to the letter "C" and the other line appears next to the letter "T".
• POSITIVE: Only one colored line appears next to the letter "C". No colored line appears next to the letter "T".
• Not permitted: Control line is not displayed.
